Duties
- Conduct structured driving lessons tailored to individual student needs, focusing on safety, traffic laws, and vehicle control
- Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to facilitate improvement
- Prepare students for licensing tests by reviewing test requirements and conducting practice exams
- Maintain accurate records of lesson plans, student progress, and attendance
- Ensure all driving sessions adhere to safety protocols and legal requirements
- Communicate clearly with students to build their confidence and understanding of safe driving practices
Skills
- Licensed by the MA Registry of Motor Vehicles.
- Strong teaching abilities with the capacity to explain complex concepts clearly and patiently
- Experience working with adult learners or diverse student populations is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple lessons efficiently while maintaining high safety standards
- Exceptional communication skills to motivate students and convey instructions effectively
- Knowledge of traffic laws, safety regulations, and best practices in driver education
Pay: $30.00 per hour
