Ferraro’s South Fine Catering is seeking a dedicated and personable Client Success Specialist to manage and strengthen relationships with our catering clients. This role plays a key part in ensuring exceptional customer experiences from initial inquiry through post-event follow-up.
The ideal candidate is relationship-driven, detail-oriented, and passionate about hospitality. You will serve as a primary point of contact for catering clients, helping coordinate details, ensure satisfaction, and build long-term client partnerships that support repeat business and brand growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for catering clients throughout the planning and service process
- Respond promptly to inquiries, questions, and service requests
- Coordinate event details, timelines, and client preferences with operations and kitchen teams
- Ensure client expectations are clearly communicated and executed accurately
- Follow up after events to gather feedback and strengthen long-term relationships
- Maintain accurate client records, contracts, and communication notes
- Identify opportunities for repeat bookings and referrals
- Assist with resolving client concerns in a professional and solution-oriented manner
- Support management with client reports and satisfaction tracking
Qualifications & Skills
- Previous experience in hospitality, catering, events, or client service roles preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and event timelines simultaneously
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Professional demeanor with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to problem-solve quickly in fast-paced environments
- Comfortable using email, spreadsheets, and basic CRM or scheduling systems
- Sales or account management experience is a plus
Education & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, Communications, or related field preferred
- 2 years of experience in customer service, event coordination, account management, or hospitality
Pay: $48,959.63 - $58,962.13 per year
