IMMEDIATE OPENING NEEDED FOR QUALIFIED CANDIDATES
Based in Saddle Brook, New Jersey we are a multi-disciplinary outpatient facility looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a Full time/part time Physical Therapist. As the official recovery partner of Fast Twitch Saddle Brook, an Elite Under Armor Training Facility, We provide a friendly, positive environment while delivering high quality care to our patients and are looking for someone who shares the same work ethic. We are looking for an athletic individual who is motivated to share their passion with our patients through our team approach to wellness and rehabilitation. We provide one-on-one therapies that are tailored to meet the individual needs of our patients and are looking for a candidate that shares our treatment views and philosophies. Our impressive, state-of-the-art facilities include diversified exercise equipment, large and open treatment space, and specialized equipment including Well-Wave, vibration plate technologies, as well as Class IV Deep Tissue Laser.
We are seeking:
Graduate from an accredited college.
Current state of New Jersey license as a Registered Physical Therapists / PT/ DPT or proactively in the process for attaining such licensure.
Outgoing, personable, and energetic personality.
Understanding of sports related injuries and spinal conditions.
New graduates are welcomed to apply, previous experience in a physical therapy setting is preferred.
Working knowledge of PC applications, including Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft 365, etc. Previous experience with practice management systems is favored.
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, energetic medical office environment.
Friendly, empathetic, enthusiastic, and positive team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills and etiquette.
Organized, responsible, and detail oriented person.
Confident communicator and effective listener who can communicate with patients and provide exceptional customer service.

As a Physical Therapist, you will:
Perform and complete all functions and documentation associated with an individualized functional assessment in order to fully develop a personalized plan of care for each physical therapy patient.
Provide skilled physical therapy services / interventions in accordance with prescribing physicians orders.
Establish and administer a treatment program with specific, attainable goals for each patient that are determined according to the patient’s capacity and tolerance.
Complete all documentation for each patient visit in a specified timeline.
Educate both patients and family members on at-home therapeutic activities.
Collaborate with all disciplines to plant and evaluate team goals for each patient.
