Warehouse Loader (Multi-Function)

At Ferraro Foods, our warehouse team plays an important role in making sure customer orders are prepared accurately and ready for delivery. We’re looking for a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Loader – Multi-Function team member who can support multiple warehouse functions in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Be Working On

• Select and separate products by customer account and stop number using computer-generated labels
• Match product descriptions to order labels to help ensure accuracy
• Build pallets according to customer and delivery requirements
• Operate a stand-up electric pallet jack to move completed orders to the appropriate staging area
• Support loading, staging, and other warehouse functions as needed
• Maintain productivity standards while minimizing errors
• Return completed selecting documents to the appropriate collection area
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and maintain safe work practices
• Maintain reliable and consistent attendance
• Assist with additional warehouse duties and special projects as needed

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently with limited direct supervision
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members and management
• Ability to follow instructions and safe working practices
• Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 80 lbs.
• Ability to stand, walk, climb, and perform physical warehouse work throughout the shift
• A minimum of six months of warehouse or distribution center experience preferred
• Previous experience operating powered warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, or stock pickers preferred

The Details

• Schedule: Sunday–Thursday, 6:00 PM to Finish
• Environment: Warehouse environment where temperatures may range from cool to warm
• Equipment: Stand-up electric pallet jack and other warehouse equipment
• Pay: $20.00/hour
