About the Role
The MDM Coordinator plays a critical role in maintaining clean, reliable, and standardized master data — including products, customers, vendors, and pricing — across systems and departments. This role supports key functions across procurement, sales, marketing, and finance, ensuring our data supports both day-to-day operations and strategic business growth.
What You’ll Do
- Maintain Data Accuracy: Establish and uphold standards for master data within ERP and related systems (products, customers, vendors, pack sizes, allergens, nutritional info, etc.).
- Support Product Content: Capture and manage product images and labels for our digital systems and app launches.
- Ensure Data Governance: Enforce naming conventions, data standards, and categorization rules to enable accurate reporting and analytics.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with Sales, Purchasing, Finance, Marketing, and IT to ensure data alignment across systems.
- Audit and Correct Data: Identify discrepancies, duplicates, and missing fields; perform routine audits to maintain integrity.
- Support System Initiatives: Assist with ERP updates, taxonomy changes, and app or system integrations.
- Document and Train: Maintain documentation of processes and support training on data entry and compliance standards.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred)
- 2 years of experience working with ERP or master data systems (e.g., NCR Retalix / Power Enterprise, SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite)
- Background in foodservice, distribution, or manufacturing (strongly preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic data tools
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
