Compensation
$22.50 per hour plus a .58 cent per hour shift differential

- This is a 3rd Shift position, 10:30pm-6:30am***
- Employee is responsible for handling materials, candy, and producing product. They must set up, change-over, and run lines and/or assist packaging employees. They are responsible for sanitation, quality, productivity, and safety in their area.
- Position requires the ability to work overtime. As a result, it may require working varying start times, end times, and weekends dependent on business needs.
- Adheres to all Good Manufacturing Policies (GMPs)
- Assists anytime the line is in a scrap mode
- Assists in other facets of production as needed
- Work at different work stations as production needs require
- Conducts assigned work in a safe manner and adheres to safety methods
- Responsible for finished goods
- Responsible for verifying and executing pallet patterns where applicable
- While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts, and the noise level in the environment is loud
- Manufacturing experience is preferred
- Food manufacturing experience is a plus
- Ability to work with minimal supervision, and keep up with the line speeds in a fast paced environment
- Ability to read and write English
- High school Diploma or GED
- Ensures compliance with SQF, and other relevant standards
- Adheres to all company policies and procedures
- Dependable and flexible when work is required in other facets of production
- Promotes teamwork, possesses a good attitude, and exhibits flexibility and willingness to perform tasks as needed
- Ability to work scheduled shift and overtime as needed
