We're seeking a motivated Insurance Sales Representative to join our growing agency. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people and wants the opportunity to grow within a respected and expanding organization. In this position, you will prospect for new business, build relationships with clients, recommend customized insurance solutions, and support customers throughout the sales and service process. You will receive access to warm leads, industry-leading training, mentorship, licensing assistance, and professional development resources designed to help you succeed and advance your career.

We are looking for someone who is self-driven, coachable, community-focused, and excited about building a meaningful career in insurance sales.

  • First-year earning potential of $50,000-$75,000
  • Bonus opportunities and uncapped earning potential

Responsibilities
  • Prospect for new business through networking, referrals, and marketing efforts
  • Convert leads and opportunities into new clients
  • Analyze client needs and recommend appropriate coverage solutions
  • Customize auto, homeowners, renters, umbrella, and other insurance policies
  • Cross-sell additional products and bundle policies to improve client retention
  • Conduct proactive renewal reviews and account follow-up

Requirements
  • Active Property & Casualty insurance license preferred
  • Prior insurance or sales experience preferred
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Active listening and problem-solving abilities
  • Comfortable working with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
  • Motivated, self-driven, and goal-oriented mindset

Salary : $50,000 - $70,000
