Ferragamo is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing & Client Experience Manager to own regional media planning, wholesale coop programs, and event execution in alignment with seasonal brand strategy. This individual contributor role includes full ownership of marketing budgets and mentoring interns, while partnering with HQ and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful campaigns and experiences.



Responsibilities:



Media

  • Own and maintain the local media planner each season; partner with HQ to ensure artwork delivery to media partners.
  • Manage and optimize the national media budget in partnership with HQ, ensuring accuracy and alignment with seasonal strategy.
  • Track Lease Required Advertising activities to ensure compliance and strategic alignment.
  • Liaise with mall marketing teams to provide seasonal assets and event information to drive traffic and acquisition goals.
  • Facilitate and manage seasonal sample requests and campaign shoots.



Wholesale & Coop

  • Partner with Marketing Director, Wholesale team, and accounts on coop advertising projects aligned with seasonal and growth strategies.
  • Manage all account sample requests, coordinating with Wholesale, PR, and HQ to ensure availability, shipments, and tracking.
  • Update seasonal strategy with coop plans and assets; ensure brand image and seasonality alignment.
  • Own wholesale coop invoicing and chargebacks; ensure accuracy with AP during closing.



Events & Customer Experience (CEx)

  • Support SVP and Director in planning and executing branding and in-store events as part of seasonal strategy.
  • Oversee event details including venue, décor, menu, programming, and attendee experience.
  • Manage onsite execution, troubleshooting, and quality assurance.
  • Build relationships with top-tier vendors; ensure legal and insurance compliance.
  • Coordinate development and distribution of event collateral (evites, invitations, gift cards).
  • Analyze event performance and report on KPIs and best practices.
  • Maintain regional event planner, event budget, invoice logs, and HQ tracker.
  • Manage BE order process, phygital appointments, and VIC experiences in partnership with HQ and Quintessentially.
  • Lead seasonal gifting process including ordering, allocations, stock maintenance, and distribution.



CRM

  • Support CRM Specialist with reporting and omni-channel customer development initiatives.



Department Support

  • Mentor department interns in partnership with Director and CRM Specialist to ensure a meaningful experience.
  • Drive innovation and efficiency across marketing processes.



Qualifications:

  • 4 years of experience in marketing
  • Experience with budget ownership required.
  • Partnering with wholesale teams required.
  • Brand experience preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to travel to Italy 2x a year.
  • SAP experience preferred.



Salary Range: 85,000 - 100,000 USD
