Job Overview:
FULL-TIME (Monday thru Friday - 9 AM to 4:45 PM): Ferncliff Cemetery is seeking a mature and reliable individual with excellent communication & phone skills to fill a full-time customer service representative position. The ideal candidate will support the front office team, new and existing clients, as well as the sales team. This role requires a variety of administrative tasks to be performed including, but not limited to the following::
- Switchboard operation
- Keyboarding
- Filing
- Preparing invoices
- Directly deal with customers & vendors
Qualified candidate must be 18 years of age or older. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, as well as able to multitask and prioritize. Applicant should be detail oriented and have excellent written and verbal skills. Business Attire is required. **Notary License a Plus**
