What You’ll Do

• Provide individual and family therapy and skill-building services to children, adults, and families
• Assess clients and develop effective, person-centered treatment plans
• Maintain timely, high-quality documentation
• Collaborate with other providers to ensure the best care possible
• Participate in team meetings, training, and group supervision
• Represent Fernbrook’s mission with compassion, professionalism, and respect
• Travel to clients and office locations as needed

• Ability to maintain healthy professional boundaries
• Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage time effectively
• Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
• Comfort working independently and as part of a team

• Basic computer skills or willingness to learn new systems

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in a Human Services field (or currently in field placement for LICSW, LPCC, LMFT, or LP)
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
• Must pass a criminal background check
  
  

Bonus Points If You

• Are bilingual
• Have experience working with diverse populations across age groups
• Hold an active Minnesota license (LICSW, LPCC, LMFT, LP)
  
  

Additional Info

• Full-time: 40 hours/week (occasional overtime may be required)
• Part-time: Up to 40 hours/week (with prior approval for overtime)
• Physical ability to sit, observe, and occasionally lift up to 15 lbs
• Travel between locations required
