Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Contractor to join our team and deliver exceptional service in appliance repair, equipment maintenance, and field service operations. Duties

• Perform appliance repairs, refrigeration maintenance, HVAC troubleshooting, and electrical repairs in residential or commercial settings.
• Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and wiring diagrams to diagnose issues accurately.
• Conduct equipment assembly, installation, and preventative maintenance to ensure optimal operation.
• Utilize a box truck or similar vehicle to travel between job sites efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.
• Provide excellent customer service by explaining repair processes clearly and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Troubleshoot mechanical systems, electrical components, and refrigeration units using specialized tools and techniques.
• Complete detailed service reports, documentation of repairs performed, parts used, and time spent on each job.

Skills

• Proven experience in appliance repair, refrigeration systems, HVAC maintenance, or related field service roles.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to interpret schematics and technical diagrams accurately.
• Electrical experience including wiring, circuit testing, and troubleshooting electrical components.
• Delivery driver experience with a clean driving record for operating a box truck or similar vehicle.
• Skilled in equipment repair, assembly, and general mechanical troubleshooting.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate complex technical information clearly.
