Our front desk dental insurance coordinator is first face our patients see and the voice behind most of our inbound calls! This generates the role being responsible for effectively and efficiently scheduling appointments to ensure patient satisfaction and practice profitability. They will need a general understanding of current insurance codes and claim filling, collections and AR as well as submitting pre-determinations and responding to insurance requests. Other duties and shared responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, treatment planning, entering checks, denials, and use of Care Credit. Great communication skills, computer knowledge and a pleasant demeanor are of the utmost importance. Eaglesoft experience is a plus.
