Fermentation/Dryer Operator (Full-Time)
Fermentation Experts is seeking a motivated Full-Time Fermentation/Dryer Operator to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Whether you have industry experience or are looking to learn a new trade, we are willing to train dependable individuals with a strong work ethic.
Schedule
- Monday through Thursday
- 6:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
- Overtime opportunities available most weeks
Responsibilities
- Operate fermentation and dryer equipment safely and efficiently
- Perform routine cleaning and housekeeping of equipment and work areas
- Collect and document feed samples
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Assist with general warehouse and production duties as needed
Preferred Qualifications
- Biofuel or ethanol production experience (preferred but not required)
- Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) experience
- Mechanical aptitude or equipment maintenance experience
- Forklift and/or skid steer operating experience
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety

Compensation & Advancement
Starting pay is based on experience. Your performance and wage will be reviewed after a six-week introductory period.
Employees who complete the introductory period by maintaining dependable attendance, arriving on time for scheduled shifts, and consistently working their scheduled 40-hour workweeks will be eligible for a wage review, with the opportunity for an increase based on performance.
