Ferman Chevrolet of Tarpon Springs is a seeking Qualified Finance Manager. Someone who is honest, motivated, outgoing, self-starter. JM&A certified candidates preferred but not required. Candidates must be willing to provide the highest level of Guest service in helping others become a part of the Ferman family.
Major Responsibilities:
- Selects appropriate lender, secures approval, obtains Guest commitment, and finalizes delivery.
- Provides Guests with thorough explanation of aftermarket products and extended warranties. Menu selling experience in required.
- Converts cash deals to finance.
- Manages placement of contracts while maximizing F&I PVR
- Checks all paperwork for correct Guest information to include title, lien information, taxes, etc., before forwarding to accounting.
- Provides sales team and sales managers with current information about finance programs continually.
- Assists sales desk in structuring deal.
- Consistently adheres to all F&I office process.
- Manages contracts in transit and ensures funding with constant communication with business office.
- Tracks and monitors F&I PVR, product penetration and lender penetrations
- Participates weekly in sales meetings regarding F&I training and issues.
- Assists General Manager and Sales Manager in training sales staff.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
