Responsibilities Include
- Wash and detail Guest motorcycles.
- Detail all new and pre-owned motorcycles.
- Assist Technicians with keeping the service department clean and organized.
- Operate forklift for new motorcycle deliveries.
- Maintain cleaning chemical inventory.
- Communicate to Service Manager as supplies need to be replenished.
- Clean and maintain appearance of general facilities.
Qualifications & Skill Requirements
- Company-paid training for new candidates.
- Meet requirements for manufacturer certifications in the areas of product knowledge and technology.
- Prior detail experience preferred but not required.
- We will train the right candidate.
- Excellent verbal & non-verbal skills, listening skills and ability to problem-solve.
- Present a professional and well-groomed appearance.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Must have a valid US government issued Driver's License with motorcycle endorsement, safe driving record and eligible to work in the United States.
- Must be able to balance and move 800lb motorcycles periodically.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment background screening and drug test.
