Provide exceptional guest service, proactively engage, and sell to guests, set up and maintain an appealing retail environment and control inventory. Responsibilities Include
- Setup and maintain an appealing retail environment and assist all Guests with their shopping and purchase of merchandise.
- Greet Guest immediately, in a courteous and friendly manner.
- Develop and share knowledge of merchandise.
- Must possess the ability to work with several Guests at one time while maintaining individual Guest satisfaction.
- Point out any sales, specials, new merchandise and offer additional product that may compliment the Guests purchase.
- Accept cash & credit card payments for merchandise purchases.
- Keep cash register accurate.
- Care for any Guest concerns that may arise reasonably demonstrating empathy, a positive attitude, and our commitment to excellent Guest service.
- Conduct or participate in periodic physical inventory of all merchandise (counts, reports etc.).
- Ensure merchandise displays are stocked, clean, and appealing to Guests.
- Request, capture and or verify Guest data for 100% of the Guests 100% of the time.
Qualifications & Skill Requirements
- Company-paid training for new candidates.
- Possess the ability to use a computer.
- Meet requirements for manufacturer certifications in the areas of product knowledge and technology.
- Prior parts sales experience a plus but not required.
- We will train the right candidate.
- Excellent verbal & non-verbal skills, listening skills and ability to problem-solve.
- Present a professional and well-groomed appearance.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Must have a valid US government issued Driver's License, safe driving record and eligible to work in the United States.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment background screening and drug test.
