Pay Range:
$4,083.57 - $7,152.75
Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.
This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.

Responsibilities
- assisting clients via telephone, diagnosing problems using tools, fixing or replacing parts
- servicing various types of packaging equipment, and promoting company services.
- Maintain up to date product knowledge and industry trends
- Implement and maintain company directives and policies
- Installing, maintaining, and repairing equipment.
- Troubleshooting and identifying issues.
- Providing technical support and guidance to customers.
- Documenting services performed and customer interactions.
- Traveling to customer locations.
- Adaptability and safety awareness.
- Specific duties can vary based on the industry and equipment.
- Prior experience working in Industrial Packaging preferred
- Proven understanding of technical software
- Prior experience in MRO
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High regard for quality assurance and customer service
- Strong interpersonal and time-management skills
