Inside Sales Specialist - Fluid Sealing

Ferguson is currently seeking to fill an immediate need for a Fluid Sealing Inside Sales Specialist. You will provide quotations, sales support and be the primary inside contact for all Fluid Sealing related inquiries to our sales and production teams. If you have prior experience with technical selling, outstanding communication skills, and are motivated to help others solve problems, this is an excellent opportunity to grow with an industry-leading organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Technically competent on all gasket & fastener products
  • Collaborate with key fluid sealing manufacturer partners.
  • Work closely with the Fluid Sealing Team Coordinators.
  • Work across multiple districts and customer groups.
  • Collaborate with sales and production teams to understand customer requirements, promote sales of fluid sealing products, and provide sales support.
  • Provide quotation packages based on project requirements and production schedules.
  • Manage multiple projects at one time.
  • Maintain accurate records of all correspondence received and sent, including quotations, sales orders, technical data, etc.
  • Participates in project monthly meetings to discuss market information, pricing, and organizational goals.

Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of gasket and/or fastener industry, ISO requirements is preferred.
  • 1-3 years sales and/or customer service experience is preferred.
  • 1-2 years Trilogie experience is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail, understanding of quality vs quantity.
  • Strong time-management skills with performing multiple functions in a fast-paced working environment and meeting deadlines.
  • Strong ability to organize and prioritize work.
  • Strong ability to comprehend and communicate effectively in written and verbal forms.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.).
  • Self-motivated, creative problem solver and self-sufficient

Pay Range:

$3,600.00 - $7,791.30

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.

Ferguson complies with all wage regulations. The starting wage may be higher in certain locations based on local or state wage requirements.
