General Warehouse Associate, Equipment Operator, 1st shift

Starting rate on 2nd shift: $21/hr with additional incentives of up to $5.50/hr based on performance!

Shift start time typically is 6:30ap-3p

Responsibilities

Overtime as required.

• Ensure inbound shipments are received and registered accurately.
• Perform general warehouse duties facilitating the flawless flow of goods.
• Assist site management to align with Health, Safety, and Environmental legislation, completing necessary documentation and records.
• Resolve orders that cannot be dispatched or are on hold, liaising with other departments to find solutions.
• Pick and pack goods ready for dispatch with outstanding attention to detail.
• Follow Company compliance along with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies, procedures, and requirements rigorously.
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance to ensure seamless operations.
• Undertake other duties as assigned to support the team and business objectives.
• Requirements
• Proven experience in a warehouse setting or similar role.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
• High level of precision and well-developed organizational abilities.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
• Dedication to maintaining a safe and compliant work environment.
• Physical capability to perform manual tasks and lift heavy objects as needed.
• Dependable, timely, and capable of working alone or collaboratively with others.

Pay Range:

$15.00 - $34.66

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
