Pay Range:
$15.00 - $30.15
Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.
This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.

Responsibilities
- Ensure inbound shipments of high importance levels are received and recorded accurately, maintaining our strict standards of accuracy.
- Undertake general warehouse duties to facilitate the seamless flow of goods within the facility.
- Support site management in aligning with Health, Safety, and Environmental legislation, completing necessary documentation and records.
- Resolve orders of high complexity levels that cannot be dispatched or are on hold by liaising with other departments to determine the best course of action.
- Select and prepare items for shipment, making sure every package adheres to our quality criteria.
- Adhere to company compliance and Health Safety and Environment (HSE) policies, procedures, and requirements.
- Maintain regular and reliable attendance to ensure consistent and effective operations.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall success of the warehouse operations.
- Proven experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment, particularly in receiving and managing high-complexity orders.
- Strong collaborative skills with a demonstrated ability to work effectively with various departments.
- Outstanding attention to detail and dedication to maintaining flawless records and documentation.
- Ability to strictly adhere to HSE policies and procedures.
- Determined and capable of successfully implementing solutions to complex challenges.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Physical capability to pick and pack goods, including lifting and transporting heavy items.
