Hours: 8am - 4:30pm M-F with overtime as required

Key Responsibilities

As a DC Equipment Operator - 1st Shift Outbound, your responsibilities will include:

• Operate material handling machinery, such as forklifts, reach trucks, and pallet jacks, to transport products within the distribution center.
• Ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment by strictly adhering to our proven processes and procedures.
• Perform routine equipment inspections and maintenance to guarantee flawless operation.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily shipment goals and maintain a high standard of accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment by following all safety protocols and guidelines.
• Assist in inventory management by conducting regular cycle counts and reporting discrepancies.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  
  

Qualifications And Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following criteria:

• Demonstrated background handling material equipment in a warehouse or distribution center environment.
• Strong attention to detail and dedication to maintaining high accuracy levels.
• Capability to work autonomously and as a member of a cooperative group.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Flexibility to work the 1st shift schedule and occasional overtime as needed.
• High school diploma or equivalent experience; additional certifications in equipment operation are a plus.

Pay Range:

$15.00 - $34.66

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
