Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.
This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.

Key Responsibilities

In the role of a DC Admin/Reconciliation Associate, your responsibilities will include:
- Perform daily inventory reconciliations to identify and correct discrepancies between system records and physical stock.
- Investigate causes of inventory variances (e.g., receiving errors, mispicks, shrinkage) and recommend corrective action.
- Maintain accurate and audit-ready records of all inventory adjustments in compliance with internal policies.
- Assist in identifying trends or recurring issues and support initiatives to improve inventory control processes.
- Respond to customer service requests related to inventory issues, including missing items, incorrect shipments, and stock availability.
- Track, investigate, and resolve customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Proven experience in reconciliation or a related field
- Analytical, problem-solving skills, detail-oriented with high accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication skills
