Starting rate: $24.50/hr with the ability to make up to $5.50/hr more for a max total of $30/hr based on individual performance!

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.

Key Responsibilities
- Inbound Shipments: Ensure inbound shipments are received and registered accurately.
- General Warehouse Duties: Carry out a range of activities to support the movement of products throughout the warehouse.
- Health, Safety, and Environmental Compliance: Assist site management by staying in sync with HSE legislation through completing necessary documentation and records.
- Order Resolution: Resolve orders that cannot be dispatched or are on hold by liaising with other departments.
- Picking and Packing: Pick and pack goods ready for dispatch.
- Compliance: Adhere to company policies, procedures, and HSE requirements.
- Attendance: Ensure consistent and dependable presence.
- Additional Duties: Carry out other tasks as assigned to assist warehouse operations.
- Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse or transportation/shipping role is preferred.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift heavy objects, stand for long periods, and operate warehouse equipment safely.
- Attendance: Dedication to consistent and dependable presence.
- Safety: A strong understanding of and dedication to health, safety, and environmental practices.
