Job Responsibilities
As a DC General Warehouse Associate supporting a new warehouse within out Waterloo Distribution Center you will:
Hours:
7am - 3:30pm M-F with overtime as needed and
8am - 4:30pm M-F with overtime as needed

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.
This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.

Job Responsibilities
As a DC General Warehouse Associate supporting a new warehouse within out Waterloo Distribution Center you will:

- Receive and process incoming stock and materials
- Pick and fill orders from stock accurately and efficiently
- Pack and ship orders in a timely manner
- Manage, coordinate, and retrieve stock in the warehouse
- Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits
- Operate and maintain warehouse equipment
- Follow quality service standards and align with procedures, rules, and regulations
- Assist in maintaining a clean and safe work environment
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Proven experience as a warehouse associate or similar role
- Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse machinery
- Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a physically fast-paced environment
- Strong dedication to safety and team collaboration
- High school diploma or equivalent experience
