Lead Service Technician - HVAC

Position Summary:To provide service and maintenance on residential and commercial heating and air conditioning systems according to company standards providing the customer with a high-quality experience.

Responsibilities

• Service and maintain residential and commercial heating and cooling systems (equipment to include but not limited to DX split systems up to 50 tons, mini split systems, RTUs up to 25 tons, AHUs up to 25 tons, chillers, and EFs)
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and replace broken or defective equipment components when required
• Conduct routine preventative maintenance
• Ensure that safety is paramount on all job sites
• Maintain workflow schedule to ensure productivity objectives are met
  
  

Work start and end time:7:30am - 4:30pm Monday through Friday. (On-call rotation. Weekends, Overtime and Evenings as needed)

Employment Type:Full Time

Pay Scale:$22 - $32 per hour, depending on experience

Qualifications Needed For This Position

• 5 years of experience is required (you may be required to pass a satisfactory examination as to your special skill)
• NATE certified is a plus
• EPA 608 certified
• Valid drivers license and insurable driving record
• Ability to read and interpret wiring diagram and blueprints
• Be familiar with a wide range of equipment and troubleshooting techniques
• Experience making repair and replacement decisions
• Advanced customer service skills - must be personable and possess good customer relation skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
