Skid Steer Operator

We are now hiring a full-time operator to primarily run a tracked skid steer, however there will also be eventual opportunities to operate a mini excavator, dump truck, dozer, etc.

Applicants must have experience grading with a skid steer. We are willing to train for our specific line of work. Job will consist of grading & backfilling (new home construction), loading trucks, concrete prep, demo, etc.

Occasional labor work will mostly consist of cleaning tracks, digging for utility line locating, power washing equipment, some finish grade work, etc.

Our equipment is newer and well taken care of.

This is a year-round position, as we also do snow removal, and maintenance and repairs that are needed on slow or rain days. Current employees average 40-50 hours a week, depending on the season and weather. Workdays are mostly Mon-Fri with occasional weekend work, if weather dictates.

*VAILD DRIVER’S LICENSE IS REQUIRED, with the ability to obtain a CDL.

*Applicant must have 1 year of skid steer operating experience.

*Applicant must pass a drug screening.

Hire and pay will be strictly based on skill level for the type of work we do. We will meet on a jobsite for a machine tryout and interview, to give us an idea of your skills.
