Ferguson is currently seeking a Facilities Supervisor to join our team!
Position Details
Reports to General Manager
Direct oversight of 0-1 associates
- Manages day-to-day operations of specified facilities, site/plant or office ensuring that all services are effectively delivered and facility needs are met including custodial, life-safety, engineering and general maintenance. Ensure that staff implements and provides these services in a manner consistent with company policies and ownership directives.
- Supervises a facility management team in the delivery of maintenance and programs relating to the interior and exterior conditions and appearance and operation of the facilities. Ensures facilities are meeting regulatory requirements for a safe workplace.
- Develops and Communicates consolidated reporting and reviews of all budgets, financial reports (monthly and quarterly), contracts, expenditures and purchase orders related to the facility(s) or complex.
- Approves vendor files and checks accuracy on completed paperwork submitted by vendors, maintains files on work orders, proposals, department files and provides reports on open and closed work orders and checks status with the appropriate technician or vendor.
- Guides medium sized capital projects, operations projects and reconfigurations are run successfully with outstanding customer service.
- Adhere to Company compliance and Health Safety and Environment (HSE) policies, procedures, and requirements
- Regular and reliable attendance
- Other duties as assigned
Pay Range:
Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.
This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
Ferguson complies with all wage regulations. The starting wage may be higher in certain locations based on local or state wage requirements.
