Starting rate on 2nd shift: $23.50/hr with additional incentives of up to $5.50/hr based on performance! Shift start time typically is 3p-11:30p but can start at staggered times of 4p, 5p, or 6p. Responsibilities Ensure inbound shipments are received and registered accurately. Perform general warehouse duties facilitating the flawless flow of goods. Assist site management to align with Health, Safety, and Environmental legislation, completing necessary documentation and records. Resolve orders that cannot be dispatched or are on hold, liaising with other departments to find solutions. Pick and pack goods ready for dispatch with outstanding attention to detail. Follow Company compliance along with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies, procedures, and requirements rigorously. Maintain regular and reliable attendance to ensure seamless operations. Undertake other duties as assigned to support the team and business objectives. Requirements Proven experience in a warehouse setting or similar role. Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently. High level of precision and well-developed organizational abilities. Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members. Dedication to maintaining a safe and compliant work environment. Physical capability to perform manual tasks and lift heavy objects as needed. Dependable, timely, and capable of working alone or collaboratively with others. Why Join Us?
