Customer Enrollment Representative

Ferelaha Marketing is expanding in the Bay Area and looking for an ambitious, motivated Entry-Level Management Assistant to join our growing AT&T campaign. Our team specializes in sales, customer management, and client relations, helping AT&T customers stay connected through the latest wireless and fiber-optic technology.

As an Entry-Level Management Assistant, you’ll support leadership in managing daily operations, customer accounts, and sales performance. You’ll assist with team coordination, oversee customer interactions, and help develop long-term client relationships that drive results. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain real management and leadership experience while learning the business from the ground up.

Entry-Level Management Assistant Responsibilities:

• Manage daily customer interactions and ensure an excellent customer experience.
• Support AT&T’s customer enrollment process by recommending products and services that meet customer needs.
• Assist management with tracking sales goals, customer accounts, and performance reports.
• Maintain detailed records of customer activity, service requests, and account updates in CRM software.
• Collaborate with leadership to manage outreach campaigns, sales initiatives, and client development.
• Communicate clearly and confidently with customers to resolve concerns and provide solutions.
• Build and manage relationships with customers to promote satisfaction and loyalty.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss management objectives, growth opportunities, and performance improvements.
• Contribute to overall sales and management goals through teamwork and consistent effort.
• Stay informed about AT&T’s latest wireless and fiber services to provide accurate, up-to-date information.

Entry-Level Management Assistant Qualifications:

• Prior experience in sales, customer service, or management assistance is preferred.
• Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
• Strong ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment.
• Motivated attitude with a desire to learn business operations and develop leadership skills.
