As an Entry-Level Management Assistant, you’ll support leadership in managing daily operations, customer accounts, and sales performance. You’ll assist with team coordination, oversee customer interactions, and help develop long-term client relationships that drive results. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain real management and leadership experience while learning the business from the ground up.
Entry-Level Management Assistant Responsibilities:
- Manage daily customer interactions and ensure an excellent customer experience.
- Support AT&T’s customer enrollment process by recommending products and services that meet customer needs.
- Assist management with tracking sales goals, customer accounts, and performance reports.
- Maintain detailed records of customer activity, service requests, and account updates in CRM software.
- Collaborate with leadership to manage outreach campaigns, sales initiatives, and client development.
- Communicate clearly and confidently with customers to resolve concerns and provide solutions.
- Build and manage relationships with customers to promote satisfaction and loyalty.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss management objectives, growth opportunities, and performance improvements.
- Contribute to overall sales and management goals through teamwork and consistent effort.
- Stay informed about AT&T’s latest wireless and fiber services to provide accurate, up-to-date information.
Entry-Level Management Assistant Qualifications:
- Prior experience in sales, customer service, or management assistance is preferred.
