*Job Overview*
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Dental Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dental clinic by managing patient inquiries, appointments, and administrative tasks.
*Duties*
- Greet patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments using Dentrix and Modento software
- Maintain electronic health records and ensure accurate coding for billing purposes
- Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and provide necessary information
- Assist with insurance verification and claims processing
- Manage patient check-in and check-out processes efficiently
- Coordinate with dental staff to ensure seamless patient flow
- Perform general office management tasks to support the clinic's operations
- Proven experience as a Dental Receptionist or Medical Receptionist in a dental clinic setting preferred, but not required.
- Familiarity with dental office management practices and terminology preferred
