Job Title: Engineering Coordinator
Position Summary: The Engineering Coordinator provides administrative, document control, and data management support for the L amp;E Engineering Department. Works closely with other engineers and other functional departments to ensure schedule, systems, and part/process data integrity. THIS IS AN ONSITE POSITION ONLY. NO REMOTE OPTION.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with BOM updates, drawing revisions, and engineering records.
- Track Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) from initiation through closure.
- Generate reports using Epicor (ERP system) and Microsoft applications.
- Support engineering metrics, dashboards, and data tracking activities.
- Manage engineering documentation, procedures, and records.
- Maintain SharePoint and electronic filing systems.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; technical education preferred.
- Proficient with Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering prints, blueprints, and technical drawings.
- Basic CAD knowledge and ability to review engineering models and drawings.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Preferred ERP amp; manufacturing experience.
- Aerospace experience is advantageous.
Position Demands
- Able to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
- Able to sit or stand for extended periods of time
- Able to bend, twist, turn, carry, walk, sit, stoop, kneel, etc
- Able to successfully pass vision screens
- Extended hours required during peak workloads or special projects.
