What are the responsibilities and job description for the Server position at Ferch's Crafthouse Grille?
Ferch's Crafthouse Grille in Wauwatosa is looking for 1-2 servers to join our team!
Our ideal candidate is attentive, motivated, reliable, organized, has a willingness to learn, have fun, and make money!
Responsibilities:
- Presenting the menu and helping customers/providing menu knowledge
- Delivering food/drinks to tables
- Delivering a great customer experience
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers/staff during your shift to ensure the customer has the best experience
- Team Player!
- Maintaining a clean and efficient workspace
- Follows all health/safety guidelines
Qualifications:
- Ability to multitask efficiently
- Strong organizational/communication skills
- Experience as a Server is a plus but not required!
- Reliable transportation
