Surgical Dental Assistant – All-on-X / Full Arch Implants

Our growing implant-focused dental practice in Greenacres is looking for an experienced Surgical Dental Assistant who is confident assisting with All-on-X and full mouth reconstruction cases.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled assistant who enjoys working in surgery, understands implant workflows, and wants to be part of a team performing advanced full-arch procedures.
What You'll Do
- Assist the doctor during All-on-X / full arch implant surgeries
- Prepare surgical rooms and implant components
- Maintain sterile surgical protocols
- Take CBCT scans, digital impressions, radiographs, and photos
- Monitor patients during procedures and support surgical workflow
- Provide clear post-operative instructions
- Help keep surgery days organized and efficient
What We're Looking For
- 2 years dental assisting experience
- Experience with implant surgery or full arch cases strongly preferred
- Florida X-ray certification
- Strong attention to detail and ability to stay calm in surgery
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong communication skills
Bonus Experience (Not Required)
- Guided implant surgery
- Digital scanners / digital dentistry
- Experience with sedation or surgical workflows
