FERA Diagnostics and Biologicals (FERA) is growing, and we’re looking for a motivated Inside Sales Specialist to join our team!
📌 What you’ll do:
• Manage inbound sales inquiries and customer communications;
• Prepare quotes, process orders, and support the sales team;
• Coordinate with operations and logistics to ensure smooth order fulfillment;
• Maintain accurate customer records and support sales reporting;
• Maintain and update marketing materials, ensuring accuracy, brand compliance, and technical correctness;
• Provide cross-functional support for marketing initiatives and product launches.
🔎 What we’re looking for:
• Experience in internal sales, sales support, or customer service;
• Strong communication and organizational skills;
• Comfortable working with CRM/ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
🎯 Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in animal health, life sciences, or agricultural industries;
• Familiarity with inventory management, online portals, and e-commerce platforms;
• Experience with branding, packaging, and regulatory review processes.
