Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Salesperson at our Frankenmuth and Lapeer, MI locations. The Salesperson will engage with customers in a welcoming retail setting to understand their needs, provide product recommendations, and ensure a positive shopping experience. Additional responsibilities include managing inventory, maintaining knowledgeable expertise in home furnishings, assisting with in-home design consultations, and meeting sales targets.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
- Experience in sales, retail, or a related field
- Knowledge of furniture trends, home design, or the ability to learn about product features
- Organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail
- Ability to work on-site in a team-oriented environment
- Proficiency with inventory management systems, point-of-sale systems, or the willingness to train
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus)
- Prior experience in interior design or home furnishing is advantageous
