While we opened our doors in 2017 with 0 clients & 0 carrier appointments, we've been insuring Georgians & Georgian businesses for years in our original agency. Now, Fenix has over 2,500 clients across 12 states, with products from over 30 carriers.
ABOUT POSITION
Insurance agents play a critical role supporting communities with asset protection and financial mobility. As an Insurance Sales Agent, you will be trusted by individuals and businesses, preparing clients for financial longevity.

Responsibilities:
- To network and prospect for new clients
- Develop and calculate suitable plans based on clients' needs
- Quote, present, and sell insurance policies to new and existing clients
- Live values of Fenix: Education, Georgia, Security, & Sustainability
- Complete Industry Licenses, Training, & Continued Education
- Assist in maintaining customer retention over 90%

- Must have the ability to present complicated concepts effectively and maintain uncompromising principles of honesty and integrity.
- Be self-motivated to network and prospect for new clients
- Have strong time-management skills
- Have strong relationship building and communication skills to bond you with clients and colleagues.
- Have a competitive and entrepreneurial spirit to achieve success
Qualifications:
- Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance License (Required)
- P&C Insurance Industry Experience (preferred)
- Microsoft Office/G Suite Competence
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
Schedule:
- Full time in office during the first 2 months of training
- Flexible schedules once you complete your agent training and start your journey as a Sales producing agent
Job Type: Contract
Compensation & Benefits:
- Two months salary while in Training ($3,000/month) with minimum requirements for quoting and writing business
- Commission structure with higher commission for new business (60% of Agency commissions for new business, up to 30% of Agency commissions for renewals)
- Bonus programs - $500 bonus for every $50,000 written premium
