* Working towards a BA/BS Degree in Mathematics, MIS, Computer Science, or another qualitative field
* Excellent communication and problem solving skills

Additional Qualifications (but not required):
* Manufacturing process knowledge
* Familiarity with SQL and SQL Reporting Services
* Fundamental knowledge in Database Design
* Fundamental knowledge with VB.net, C#, C (or equivalent languages)
