The Omni Stockist supports store management and the Fendi network in fulfilling product requests, driving retail and digital sales, and facilitating consignment and virtual selling to ensure a seamless customer experience. Eligible for sales commissions, the role encompasses key responsibilities across order fulfillment, retail support, and digital clienteling.
Core Responsibilities:
- Order Fulfillment & Shipping: Review and prioritize pending orders for 24-hour fulfillment, manage rebalance request transfers, pull and package deliverables, and process Ship-from-Store (SFS), Buy Online Pick-up In-Store (BOPIS), and Curbside Pick-up. Support multiple shipping methods (home delivery, in-store pickup, white glove services) and assist with incoming SFS orders.
- Sales & Cross-Store Support: Drive Retail Network sales by processing charge sends for Client Advisors outside the home store, and participate in consignment and virtual selling processes (including hosting virtual appointments).
- Operational Accuracy & Quality Control: Reduce incorrect order fulfillment (wrong or damaged items), improve return management speed and accuracy, decrease resolution time for open client order cases, and assist in reviewing aged BOPIS orders to return stock to the floor when necessary.
- Clienteling & Digital Platforms: Support day-to-day use of in-store digital clienteling platforms (HERO, HEAVEN, Client Compass) as a technical expert for store teams. Partner with leadership to create targeted clienteling lists for promotional events, track results, and share insights.
- Collaboration & Loss Prevention: Attend leadership and selling team meetings to build cross-functional partnerships, act as the client voice at the warehouse, participate in Loss Prevention procedures, and meet service level standards to ensure exceptional customer experience.

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience a plus
• Stock control and selling experience
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong drive for results
• Excellent interpersonal skills: the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
• High degree in proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Microsoft Office
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to use POS system and its inventory management functions
• Computer Skills required
• Ability to lift boxes / weight up to 25lbs
• Foreign language skill is a plus
• Must have flexible availability, some nights, weekends, and holidays
