We are seeking a Rental Fence Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the fencing industry, particularly with temporary chain-link fences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install temporary chain-link fences for residential, commercial and industrial projects.
- Operate power tools and other construction equipment necessary for fence installation.
- Follow project plans and instructions to ensure accurate and efficient installation.
- Perform site preparation, including measuring and marking locations for fence placement.
- Ensure safety protocols and procedures are always followed.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate tasks and project timelines.
- Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during installation.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of two years of experience in fencing installation or related construction work (preferred)
- Prior experience with temporary chain-link fence installation is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions, especially heat.
- Proficiency in operating power tools and construction equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret project plans and specifications.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Pass E-Verify.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and carry heavy materials (up to 60 pounds) regularly.
- Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including digging, lifting, and manual labor.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
