**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a skilled Builder to join our fence team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in various areas of construction and, be willing to allow us to teach them how we want our work to be built. We prefer to promote from within. We offer a premium service to our clients and we need people who can deliver the high quality results that our customers expect in a timely manner. Having your own transportation is a bonus. Leadership skills are a major plus. You must be able to work outdoors in Memphis summers and winters. You will enjoy this work if you enjoy sinking your teeth into a problem and solving it.

**Duties:**

- Perform a variety of construction tasks such as digging holes, pouring concrete, setting posts, framing, running pickets, cleaning up, demolition, and building gates. We will provide specific on site training on all of these tasks.

- Read and interpret blueprints to execute construction plans accurately.

- Conduct heavy lifting and manual labor as required for construction projects.

- Utilize power tools and equipment effectively for construction tasks.

**Skills:**

- Proficiency in carpentry, landscaping, and basic math concepts.

- Ability to read and understand construction blueprints.

- Experience with heavy lifting and manual labor in a construction setting.

- Familiarity with power tools commonly used in construction projects.

- Previous experience in construction work is a plus.

-Physical fitness is going to be necessary if you are going to keep up with us.
