Sales Representative

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on generating leads, cold-calling, and developing long-term customer pipelines. If you are a self-starter who enjoys hitting the ground running and closing deals, we want to hear from you.Key Responsibilities:Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold-calling, networking, and in-person visitsBuild and maintain strong relationships with contractors, builders, and residential customersDevelop and manage a personal pipeline of leads and prospectsFollow up on inbound inquiries and maintain consistent communication with clientsAccurately enter and track customer interactions and sales activity using a CRM systemStay informed on product knowledge, pricing, and promotionsCollaborate with the inside sales and warehouse teams to ensure timely fulfillment and customer satisfactionMeet and exceed sales targets and performance goalsRequirements:Bilingual in English and Spanish (verbal and written)Prior experience in outside or product-based sales (2 years)Comfortable with cold-calling and generating your own leadsCRM experience (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Excel, Word)Strong interpersonal and communication skillsValid Driver’s LicenseReliable transportation and willingness to travel on occasionPreferred Qualifications:Experience in the building materials, construction, fencing, or related industries (not required but a plus)Ability to read and interpret product specs or construction documents is helpfulCompensation:Position will pay $85K OTE, which will be comprised of an hourly rate plus a commission structure.
