• This position requires a minimum 2 Saturdays of work a month

This position pays Salary plus Commissions - No Draw or paybacks.

1st Month: Training Pay

2nd Month: Training Pay plus Commissions

3rd Month: Reduced Training Pay plus Commissions

4th Month: Standard Salary plus Commissions

Responsibilities
- Conduct outside sales activities to generate leads and drive sales in the residential sector.
- Utilize negotiation skills to close deals and secure new business opportunities.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the sales process.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to tailor sales strategies accordingly.
- Manage accounts and develop relationships with key clients to ensure long-term satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement effective strategies for business development.
- Utilize technology sales tools, such as Salesforce, to track progress and optimize sales efforts.
- Communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking clients to expand market reach.
- Demonstrate strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet sales targets.
- Utilize basic math and computer skills to accurately track sales data and manage customer information.
- Drive to various locations to meet with clients and conduct sales presentations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office to create sales reports and communicate with team members effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,800.00 - $85,000.00 per year
