Construction Project Manager

Security Constructors / Fence OKC is a fast-growing regional construction company based in Oklahoma City,

specializing in high security fencing, active and passive vehicle barriers, bollards, and drop arms for

mission-critical facilities including data centers and other high-security sites. We're expanding and looking to add

experienced, driven professionals to our team.

PROJECT MANAGER (2 Openings)

Oklahoma City, OK area. One position is fully onsite, one is remote/hybrid with travel to jobsites as needed.

We're looking for seasoned Project Managers to run multimillion-dollar subcontract projects in high security perimeter

construction. You'll manage schedules, budgets, teams, and client relationships on high security fencing, active and

passive vehicle barriers, bollards, drop arms, and related steel and concrete structures for mission-critical facilities like

data centers.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of high security fencing, vehicle barrier, bollard, and drop arm projects from preconstruction through

closeout, including work on data center and other mission-critical sites

• Oversee multimillion-dollar subcontract scopes, keeping projects on schedule and on budget
• Coordinate daily with subcontractors, vendors, clients, and internal teams
• Track project progress, budgets, and schedules in Procore
• Travel to jobsites as needed; some positions are based full-time onsite
• Lead project teams with clear communication and strong on-the-ground leadership

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager on commercial construction projects required
• Experience with high security fencing, active/passive vehicle barriers, bollards, or drop arms is a plus, but not required
• Track record managing multimillion-dollar subcontract projects
• Proficient with Procore and Google Suite
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Punctual, professional, and dependable
• Willing to travel as required by project assignment
