Fence Connection LLC is looking for a skilled and motivated Fence Installer to join our growing team in Marine City, MI. This is a hands-on outdoor role where you'll take pride in delivering quality fence installations that make a real difference for our customers. Responsibilities:
- Install residential and commercial fencing including wood, vinyl, chain-link, and aluminum fence systems
- Read and interpret job site layouts and installation plans to ensure accurate fence placement
- Dig post holes using manual and power equipment such as augers and post hole diggers
- Set fence posts, rails, and panels with precision and attention to detail
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and job site equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site throughout the project
- Communicate professionally with customers and team members on site
Requirements:
- Prior experience in fence installation, construction, or a related trade preferred
- Ability to perform physical labor including lifting, digging, and working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and basic construction equipment
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a team-first attitude
- Ability to follow safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
