Objectives
- Represent Femminineo Law with professionalism and integrity
- Maintain strict confidentiality of organizational and client information
Job Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients
- Communicate with clients in person, over the phone, and via email
- Calendar and conference room management
- Support attorneys and legal staff with general administrative tasks
- Sorting and distributing mail
- Monitoring security and telecommunications systems
- Maintain cleanliness and professional presentation of office
Skills and Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to assist with online review platforms
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience with virtual communication tools such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or Webex
- Professional demeanor and strong client service mindset
- Experience with legal case management software is a plus
