Position: Part-Time Cleaner
Start Time: 8:30 AM (flexible end time depending on workload)
Location: Cleaning vacant residential units and/or building hallways
Schedule: Part-time, Wed-Friday
Start: Today
Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize vacant units (kitchens, bathrooms, floors, etc.)
- Ensure all spaces are move-in ready
- Report any maintenance or repair needs
Requirements:
- Must have a clean background
- Experience in cleaning preferred
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Attention to detail and pride in quality work
Compensation: Competitive hourly pay (based on experience)
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
