Female Foundations is a growing, women-centered pelvic health clinic in Murfreesboro, TN. We specialize in individualized, one-on-one care for women across the lifespan — from pregnancy and postpartum to athletes, chronic pain, and pelvic floor dysfunction.
We are an out-of-network, cash-based practice. This means:
- No double-booking
- No productivity quotas

- Treatment based on the patient in front of you

Who We’re Looking For
We are seeking a motivated, compassionate Pelvic Health Physical Therapist who:
- Is passionate about women’s health and pelvic floor therapy
- Values autonomy and clinical reasoning

- Is comfortable (or excited to learn) with educating and marketing within the community
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat pelvic health conditions (prenatal, postpartum, pelvic pain, urinary and fecal incontinence, prolapse, core dysfunction, etc.)
- Provide 1:1, hour-long treatment sessions
- Develop individualized plans of care
- Complete efficient, streamlined documentation
- Participate in occasional community workshops or events
- Collaborate with local providers (OBGYNs, fitness professionals, etc.)
Qualifications
- Licensed Physical Therapist in Tennessee (or eligible)
- Pelvic health training (Herman & Wallace, APTA Pelvic Health, ICE, etc.)
- New grads with strong pelvic health clinical rotations are encouraged to apply
- Strong communication skills
- Growth mindset and team mentality
