FEMALE FORM is looking for an experienced, sales-driven Store Manager to lead FF Studio in Williamsburg.

We curate clothing and accessories from around the world. Our Studio combines a personal shopping experience with exclusive styles, new launches, and collaborations, while also serving as our e-commerce home.

The role
This is a hands-on, selling Store Manager position. You’ll actively work with clients, coach associates, and take ownership of the store’s daily performance and presentation.
Your responsibilities include:
- Initiating client conversations, introducing pieces, encouraging try-ons, and building complete looks.
- Driving weekly NET SALES, growing orders, and maintaining $100 average order value.
- Leading our FW26 selling mantra: 2 x $300 sales per shift.
- Coaching associates through demonstrations, practice, and clear feedback.
- Building relationships that bring clients back for new arrivals and Studio exclusives.
- Managing opening and closing, POS accuracy, replenishment, cleanliness, and store readiness.
- Coordinating stock needs and inventory tasks with our Operations & Inventory Lead.
- Maintaining approved visual standards and communicating product feedback, client requests, and store needs.
- Supporting launches, collaborations, and e-commerce operations as needed.
What we’re looking for
- Previous fashion retail experience, with supervisory or store leadership experience.
- Demonstrated success in active selling and working toward sales goals.
- Strong styling instincts and confidence making recommendations.
- An approachable, positive leader who can coach others.
- Excellent reliability, organization, communication, and follow-through.
- Confidence running the store independently and taking initiative.
Schedule & compensation
- Full-time only.
- Full-shift availability, generally 11 a.m.–8 p.m., including weekends and holidays.
- Primarily based at FF Studio, with flexibility to support our other Williamsburg and Nolita locations when needed.
- Starting pay: $18/hour, plus performance bonuses and commission under the company’s incentive plan.
