RINGLAND STORE MANAGER / INVENTORY COORDINATOR
Full-Time | 40 Hours Per Week
$18/hour Commission Performance Bonuses
RINGLAND by FEMALE FORM is looking for an experienced retail leader to join our team.
This is not a passive retail position. We are looking for someone who loves styling, sales, organization, inventory management, and creating exceptional customer experiences.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and excited to help grow an independent New York retail brand.
ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a hybrid role that combines:
- Store Management
- Sales & Styling
- Inventory Management
- Operations Support
- Headquarters Support
You will be responsible for driving sales, maintaining store standards, managing inventory flow, and helping support daily business operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales & Customer Experience
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Style clients and build complete looks
- Drive higher AOV and multi-item transactions
- Achieve personal and store sales goals
- Train and lead by example on the sales floor
- Create an engaging shopping experience
Store Management
- Open and close the store
- Maintain visual merchandising standards
- Oversee replenishment and organization
- Monitor store performance and opportunities
- Ensure store cleanliness and presentation
Inventory & Operations
- Receive and process new arrivals
- Manage inventory accuracy
- Conduct transfers between locations
- Track best sellers and stock levels
- Support product organization at HQ
- Assist with inventory projects and operational tasks
QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous retail management experience required
- Strong sales background
- Excellent customer service skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable working independently
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Passion for fashion, styling, and merchandising
- Experience with Shopify preferred
COMPENSATION
- $18/hour base pay

SCHEDULE REQUIREMENTS
- Full-time (40 hours per week)
- Weekend availability required
- Holiday availability required
- Flexibility to support both retail and HQ operations when needed
