What You’ll Do
- Translate the production schedule into daily cell plans and drive execution.
- Assign tasks, balance workloads, and monitor performance to hit production numbers.
- Partner with HR/leadership to hire and select production team members.
- Verify quality by enforcing standardized checks and compliance to specifications.
- Lead training and cross-training; run regular touchpoints to refine development plans.
- Define expectations, track results, deliver appraisals and feedback, and apply corrective action when required.
- Participate in safety inspections to sustain OSHA compliance.
- Maintain an orderly, clean shop floor environment.
- Control stock levels for raw materials, supplies, packaging, and finished goods.
- Offer guidance and oversight for production on off shifts when needed.
- Hold a high school diploma or equivalent (required).
- Bring at least 3 years of supervisory experience.
- Have proven success in a fast-paced manufacturing setting (required).
- Preferably possess a bachelor’s degree in business, operations, engineering, or related field.
- Understanding of manufacturing processes, QMS, and production principles.
- Knowledge of CNC and milling operations.
- Microsoft applications proficiency.
- ERP system experience.
- Lead with clarity; communicate and collaborate effectively.
- Analyze data, weigh options, and choose the best path to solve problems.
- Act with urgency without sacrificing accuracy.
- Build trust and cooperation across production personnel.
- Exhibit meticulous attention to detail.
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, not a must.

Salary : $85,000 - $115,000
